Eventually, she settled on a more formal writing, knowing Aleto it would be what she would be most comfortable with.
To: Commodore Aleto Treville Dear Commodore, I hope this message finds you well, I'm aware it's been quite some time that we last spoke but I hope you're still doing as well as when you left the station. I'm writing to inform you that we have some available shore leave coming up soon and I would like to come and visit you back on earth. We deserve to have a catch up for how things have been going.
